In House Cutting

With the addition of the cutting / processing facilitiy installed in 2015, Cleaverbay is now able to offer a bespoke cutting / packing service for Nickel to satisfy all customers individual requirements above and beyond the normal supply chain. Click here for more information.

Packaging and Delivery

Industry standard packaging of 250kgs / 400kgs / 500kgs. Plus, the ability to offer any alternate size or packaging to suit customers in-house handling requirements. Stock is maintained in warehouse for immediate, next day delivery.

CUTTING

The cutting facility installed in 2015 enables Cleaverbay to offer a more tailored supply service over and above the norm. Our Haco Hydraulic Guillotine with a purposely designed conveyor system allows easy processing of whole plate to strip of any size, which some customers prefer, or then re cut to squares of varying sizes from 2” upwards and packed in drums. The standard size 4” x 4” are packed in 205 litre drums containing 400kgs. Special order drums containing specific request weights can be offered to suit customer in house handling requirements.
